Accounting Clerk/Radio and TV

Liberman Broadcasting of Houston is seeking an experienced, professional individual to fill the Accounting Clerk position at its Houston , TX radio and television office. We are looking for someone who will own all aspects of the job, has a great attitude and is a team player.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assistant to Business Manager

  • Bill talent fees for 4 radio stations

  • Maintain excel spreadsheets for 22 DJ's

  • Collection calls for pass due talent fees

  • Prepare daily deposits

  • Filling for Accounts Payable

  • Mail out invoices for 5 stations

  • Process revisions to invoices as needed


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

· 3 years+ accounts receivable
· Excellent communication skills
· Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and self motivated
· Ability to perform a variety of daily tasks
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel and Word)

  • Must be well-organized, detail-oriented with
    a strong sense of urgency, responsibility and self motivation
  • Ability to perform a variety of daily tasks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bi-lingual Spanish/English

The ideal candidate has an AA in accounting and is familiar with general ledger accounting. Bi-lingual Spanish (a must) and familiar with Marketron software is a Plus.
